Steps towards compliance

Apparently my mail that pointed out that they actually did have to provide source was sufficient, because HTC is now in compliance for both Incredible and EVO 4G (Supersonic). Thanks to mjg59 and Brett Smith at the FSF, as well as various other #cslounge folks that read draft e-mails for me.

Desire Z and Desire HD people say they're not there yet for those two devices; I don't have one of either, so I can't do much about it.
